Valentina Tacconelli, Founder and Technical Director of ItalyLifestyle and Hydra Viaggi, brings over 35 years of experience in tourism and a deep expertise in premium and bespoke travel.
Since 1996, she has built a trusted network of exclusive suppliers, local experts and specialized partners throughout Italy, creating access to exceptional places and experiences.
She is supported by a dedicated team, including Patrizia , who contribute their expertise to our travel operations, and by trusted partners.
Chiara brings over 18 years of international experience in events, marketing and experience design, adding a contemporary perspective and a strong focus on creating meaningful and memorable experiences for international travelers.
Together, we combine experience, creativity, local knowledge and trusted relationships to create private journeys that reveal Italy beyond the ordinary.

Our DMC and Tour Operator is properly structured and authorized to operate in the Italian tourism market, with the required licenses, registrations, and insurance coverage as provided by Italian law. Our staff have many years of experiences and certifications in turism market.
As required by Italian and european law, our Director and Founder is registered at the Italian National Register of Technical Directors for the tourism, providing assurance of the company’s professional standards and the expertise of the people who work with us.
The company is duly authorized to carry out the organization and sale of travel packages in accordance with applicable italian and european laws and regulations.
Our Technical Director is duly qualified and registered with the relevant professional register as required by applicable legislation. She is registered at the Italian National Register of Technical Directors for the tourism
To protect our customers, ISTITUTO ELVETICO DI GARANZIA N. 0078469, Insurance also maintains professional liability insurance and insolvency and bankruptcy protection, in accordance with Article 47 of Legislative Decree No. 79/2011 (Italian Tourism Code), providing coverage for travelers’ rights in the circumstances by law.
